Stir fry cooked in Oyster sauce with broccoli and baby corn.
KAENG KEAOW WAN with CHICKEN
A well known medium hot Thai curry with meats, Thai aubergines, fine green beans tenderly cooked in green curry paste and coconut milk, garnished with Thai basil leaves and chilli.
PAD PREOW WAN with KING PRAWN
A Thai-style sweet and sour dish with meats stir-fried with cucumber, tomatoes, pineapple, onion, spring onion and sweet red peppers in tomato sauce.
